Job Duties & Responsibilities: The Training Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of a partnership between SDWP’s CONNECT2Careers program and Vista Unified School District’s World of Work initiative.

Please note: Selected candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time working from a satellite office in Vista, CA, and approximately 20% traveling to SDWP’s central office in City Heights, San Diego, CA.


This position is a Level 2 (L2) in SDWP’s career path (levels 0-8). The salary range for (L2) is $47,476 - $65,000. New Coordinator II's typically start at the lower end of this range. SDWP offers a competitive benefits package, generous PTO and 11 paid holidays.
